1.3 Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Our Platform may use third-party services such as analytics tools, advertising tools, email systems, payment processors, and embedded third-party applications to support functionality and marketing.
1.4 Independent Relationships
We do not own, control, or manage the properties displayed on the Platform unless specifically disclosed. Any arrangements, bookings, negotiations, payments, or travel-related agreements between property owners and guests are solely between those parties.
2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Certain features of the Platform may require users to create an account or provide contact details.
2.2 Accurate Information
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating accounts, submitting inquiries, or listing properties.

Property owners or listing partners are responsible for ensuring that all property details, descriptions, availability information, and images submitted to the Platform are accurate and lawful.
2.5 Right to Suspend or Terminate
My Vacation Concepts reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user or account that violates these Terms or misuses the Platform.
3. Owner Listing Terms
3.1 Listing Eligibility
Owners may submit or display properties in accordance with the Company’s listing requirements, subscription terms, or separate service agreements where applicable.
3.2 Legal Right to Advertise
Owners represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to advertise, promote, or rent any property submitted to the Platform.
3.3 License to Use Listing Content
By submitting property information, descriptions, images, and related materials, owners grant My Vacation Concepts a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, reproduce, and promote such content for marketing, advertising, and platform operation purposes.
3.4 Leads and Inquiries
Any leads, guest inquiries, or interest generated through the Platform may be forwarded to the owner or relevant listing contact.
3.5 Transactions Between Parties
All pricing, negotiations, booking arrangements, payments, cancellations, and travel agreements are the responsibility of the owner and guest. My Vacation Concepts is not a party to those transactions.
3.6 Owner Indemnification
Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Vacation Concepts from any claims, disputes, losses, or damages arising out of their listings, property use, inaccuracies, cancellations, or guest-related disputes.
4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1 Independent Verification
Guests are responsible for verifying property details, pricing, availability, amenities, location, and booking conditions directly with the owner or listing contact before making any decision.
4.2 No Guarantee of Listings
My Vacation Concepts does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, availability, pricing, or condition of any property listed or referenced on the Platform.
4.3 Proper Use of Platform
Guests agree not to misuse the Platform, submit false information, interfere with communications, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
5. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions
5.1 Owner Fees
Where applicable, owners may be charged listing fees, subscription fees, advertising fees, or other service-related fees in accordance with their agreement with My Vacation Concepts.
5.2 Service Delivery and Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid for advertising, listing visibility, lead generation, digital access, or related services may be non-refundable once services have been activated, delivered, or substantially performed.
5.3 Guest Payments
Guests do not pay My Vacation Concepts directly for property bookings unless a specific paid feature or service is clearly offered through the Platform.
5.4 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes made in bad faith, or misuse of payment systems may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Owner Cancellations
Any cancellation rights available to owners will be governed by their specific agreement, subscription terms, or cancellation policy provided by My Vacation Concepts.
6.2 Guest Cancellations
Booking cancellations, refunds, and accommodation disputes must be handled directly between the guest and the property owner or booking contact unless otherwise expressly stated.
6.3 Platform Service Cancellations
My Vacation Concepts reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services, listings, or accounts where Terms are violated or where continued use may harm the Platform or its users.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 Company Ownership
All Platform content, including branding, layout, graphics, software, text, design elements, logos, and digital systems, is the property of My Vacation Concepts or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Restricted Use

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Vacation Concepts shall not be liable for:
- Property-related disputes
- Cancellations or failed bookings
- Inaccurate listing information
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss, interruption, or technical failures
- Damages resulting from interactions between guests and owners
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
If liability is established, it shall be limited to the amount, if any, paid by the user to My Vacation Concepts for the applicable service during the preceding twelve months.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Vacation Concepts, its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal costs arising from:
- Their use of the Platform
- Their listings or submitted content
- Their violation of these Terms
- Their interactions or disputes with other users
13. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user information. By using My Vacation Concepts, you acknowledge that your information may be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Platform Security and User Conduct

While we take security seriously, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
